I was walking down the never ending stairs heading towards my LAN class last thursday when i noticed that the sidewalks were more crammed than usual with students buzzing around with excitedness and pointing at the college entrance.


I stoped at my tracks, confused, and inquired as to what the big commotion was about. Apparently they were anticipating the arrival of Tun Dr Mahathir who was supposed to give a lecture on global peace in Lecture Theatre 1. Then 3 shiny cars arrive into the college compound. And with perfect synchronisation as if it had been rehearsed a hundred times, men in suits open the car doors and emerge. Finally the moment the students have been waiting for..... Our former Prime Minister comes into sight and the crowd cheers and claps their hands.

Sorry i couldnt get a better view.......with tons of high heel clad girls pushing their way through to get a better view, i decided to take a peacefull, less hurtfull way out. :P

And then, the best news ever comes..........

LAN class is canceled for the day and we hav 2 hours for lunch as opposed to our usual 1 hour !!!!

As we sat in a restraunt, enjoying our lunch, someone commented

" This is the only Prime Minister that did us any good. Gave us an extra free period for lunch !"

That tells you alot about our perception of the country leaders doesnt it ?

Oh.....I did mention about my super genius class rite ?

Well, hear this.....

U know that Msian girl in singapore that came out in the star newspaper for being the top scorer for O level internationally ?

Well....shes in my class now !!

As if i wasnt pressured enough !

Hahaha...well...whatever la.... i guess ill just have to buck up
